PHONM PENH MUST SEE

The city of Phnom Penh was like home for me.  The street, the ambiance was like Manila is just that I can not speak Khmer. During our visit to this city the former King Norodom Sihanouk who died last October 15, 2012 due to heart attack was still on a display and that will run for about three months.  The palace ground was close due to this.  Many Cambodian people was all over the Royal Palace that brought a heavy traffic to commuters.

Here are some of the places we've visited:

The Royal Palace
Entrance fee was 5usd - open from 730am to 11am  / 2pm - 5pm everyday.

Independence Monument

Choeung Ek (Killing Field)

Toul Sleng (S-21)

Wat Phnom

HAPPY TRAVEL!!!

  2. When coming to Myanmar, you should not ignore the Myanmar vacations, when large vacations are held. Myanmar is a land of Buddhism, therefore Buddhism festivals are the largest festivals and attract a lot of people to take part in. Come to Burma in January, you can have a chance to join in the festivals held at Ananda Paya in Bagan. The festival lasts 15 days, starting from the full moon day. This is a famous festival in Bagan – one of the most valuable archeological place in Asia. In the past, people who live around Bagan used to come here by the cow carts, nowadays, this conventionality is still remaining. Why don’t you take a trip to Burma in the first month of the year to be a part of this traditional festival?
