WHY I TRAVEL?

Many people asked me why I travel?  Isa lang ang sinasagot ko “i travel because it makes me happy”.
Hindi mahal ang kaligayahan ko;

I always go with the practical stuff.
It’s been what, 4-5 years since I started this journey and I tell you, once you start to travel you don’t wanna stop. It’s so addicting.
My travels keeps me going, keeps me alive, keeps me moving / looking forward dahil the next day or few days/weeks after I’ll travel again.

Rarely do you find people who shares the same passion as you. Luckily i have a very supportive best friend, friends and blog group (ptb).

Why i wanna travel? i just wanna be happy.... how about you?

CARAMOAN Tips

Getting there:

From Naga Airport we took a cab for 350php going to Filcab Terminal around 30mins - 45mins drive
Tapos sakay ng van going to SABANG about 1hr to 1.5 hours 100php
From Sabang port - banca Ride to Caramoan Freeport (Guijalo port) 1hr to 1.5 hours   120php
Caramoan port to your hotel / accom - take a tricycle..150php  mga 15mins to 30mins ride

Tips:
1. May mga time ang pag-alis ng banca but unfortunately nung andun kami, we arrived at 930am but umalis ang banca ng 130pm kasi nag intay pa ng mga pasahero.. it was so inconvenient to all of us since we need to follow the itinerary pero wala naman kami choice.. inis na inis na ako but i can not do anything. nagbilyar na lang kami habang nagiintay. So lesson learned ..  if your going to caramoan, make it as early as possible wag ung last hour ang kunin baka masira rin ang itin nyo.  alam ko alis ng banca nila starts at 530am, 8am, 9am, 11am... but for what happened, im sooo disappointed.

2.  If your travelling in a bigger group, bayaran nyo na lang ng buo ung Van, around 1400 or 1200php lang naman so mas mapapabilis ang alis ng van.. para mas malaki ang chance na mas maaga kayong makarating sa port.

3.  Sobrang unpredictable ang weather nung andun kami so make sure na protected ang mga bags/gamit nyo.. i always have my dry bag with me just in case =)

4. Sabang port was not like Guijalo port .. parang di sya port.. buti nga may ginawa silang parang moving tulay sa sabang port ksi dati binubuhat ang mga pasahero dito.. you just need to pay 10php.

Accommodation:

Sa dinami dami ng hotel/inns/pension houses sa Caramoan i decided to stay in West peninsula Villas and di ako nagkamali. ito numbr nila 09212642538 / 09153295669

1. 1000php /nyt stay since off peak naman
2. Dito nag stay ang mga crew ng SURVIVOR so meaning mas maganda ang facilities nila. and totoo un, mas maayos nga.
3. Masarap ang food nila, mejo mahal ng konti but i cant complain magaling ang cook nila.
As in Walking distance lang.
5. Malapit cya sa Centro ng Caramoan, so if we need something, lakad ng konti and ayun na!
6. Nung andun kami, may event ang San Miguel Corp.  May live band, and party galore =)
7. Mababait ang staff nila.
8. They gave us a free barbeque
9. May billiard table cila
10. They also arrange island hopping but i still go with Kuya Ramil
11. WIFI galore
12. Ang bait nung isa sa may ari (i forgot his name), he works with Airphil in Legaspi .. hahaha . ikinuwento ko tuloy ung Checkin experienced ko hehe

Stroll in Caramoan

Ito ang isa sa mga nicest thing to do while your in a not so familiar place. para din makilala mo ang mga locals nila at makita kung panu sila mamuhay =)

Do not missed the St. Michael Parish Church of Caramoan and say a little for your love ones.

Island Hopping

Looking and searching online was really hard but if you know the people na nagbibigay ng recommendation at may tiwala ka.. chicken na chicken cya!! thanks to my ptb family =)

kuya Ramil

Kuya Ramil -  was i think the most popular guide in town.. and ang gaganda ng reviews sa kanya.. infairness to him kahit na maysakit sya ng araw na un, sinamahan pa din nya kami sa island hopping namin.
rates - 1500 php kung malapIT
        2500 php malayong isla

his also one of the official boat operator ng mga Survivor.  When you contact him sabihin nyo na lahat ng kailangan nyo, like gusto nyong lunch (fish, shrimp, pork) pero sympre that would be an extra cost.  super bait ni kuya..ito number ni kuya 09074351962

may kapartner din cya na tricycle driver at di naman nya kayo tatagain sa pasahe =) if im not mistaken elyong ang name nya ..(sana tama ako)ito number nya 09295900343
