FLIGHT
Zest Air was the only airline landing in Marinduque Airport (MRQ). Travel time would be about less than an hour (kindly take note that flights are ALWAYS DELAYED). They only have one flight every day in and out of Marinduque.
Fare would be about more than 4,000php if you book early but for late booking it can be as much as more 7,000php for a round trip flight.
LAND
JAC LINER got a daily trip to Marinduque. It departs in Kamuning Terminal around 5pm and arrive in Marinduque around 330am. It will exit in Cawit port.
Fare is about 830php, depends what is your destination, mine was in Boac.
LAND AND RORO
I was not able to try this one since i hate transfers but i think heading to Dalahican port was quiet easy since we have couples of buses heading that destination. Fare was about 250php from Cubao.
Roro - you can choose between Cawit or Balanacan port. Since Cawit was closer to the airport, i choose this instead. Fare was about 230php.
Going there via Jac Liner was more comfortable for me. I can't complain. They have 5 tv monitors, well air conditioned, nice staff and a free wifi =)
