I'm always looking forward to eat sea foods whenever I travel, since most of the time it's much cheaper than buying/eating it in Manila.
On my research they say that I can eat sea foods in a place called PALAPALA . It was like a version of SUTUKIL in Cebu.
You will never get lost, just ask some locals for direction going to the OLD PALAPALA, there's a NEW PALAPALA but as they say it's much more expensive. I'm always on a budget so i don't have any problems with the old one. Rates are okay, i think we spend like 600php for the entire meal good for 3 pax. My advice to you, skip the soft drinks, it will cost you about 75php for a 1.5 liter.
The setting was very simple. It's your typical carinderia. You need to go to the market first and choose whatever sea food you like then instruct the chef to cook it on your delight. Wait for couple of minutes and then wahlahhhhhhh a feast in front of you:
HAPPY TRAVEL!!!
