GUEST POST : PACKING FOR A TRIP

As much as I love travelling, I absolutely hate packing! I hate having to sit buried under of pile of clothes, trying to decide which clothes I really need for the trip and which of my outfits are simply going to be the white elephants on my trip. I’m guessing that a lot of you probably also have a hard time deciding what to pack for your vacations. Of course, depending on the type of trip, your packing list would inevitably vary a little bit. For instance, you would have to take along a tube of mosquito repellent on a hiking or backpacking trip but definitely not on a luxury holiday where you’d be staying in a five star hotel! ;)

However I believe that every woman should have a couple of staple outfits and items in their luggage regardless of the type of trip they’re going on.

A couple of basic tops are a must for any trip. You should take along a couple of casual tank tops for when you go out sight-seeing or shopping. Two pairs of denim or khaki shorts, as well as two pairs of jeans should suffice for a 7-10 day trip. One or two casual sundresses would be perfect for brunches at nice restaurants. Importantly you should always have one stylish cocktail dress for if you get invited to a fancy dinner. After all, you never know who you’re going to meet on your trip and where you’re going to get invited. ;) Also, don’t forget to pack your swimmies and a snazzy beach cover-up for when you hit the beach or the hotel pool.

Remember you should have suitable footwear to pair with your outfits. Take along with you a cute pair of flip-flops or sandals for everyday wear. Make sure they’re a comfortable and versatile pair that you can wear with your sundresses as well as jeans and shorts. You should also have one pair of heels that you can pair with your cocktail dress.

Lastly, makeup and beauty products are a must even if you’re going on a backpacking trip! ;) Don’t you always want to look like a million bucks? Aside from the usual toiletries, also pack a tube of sunscreen, basic foundation, powder, some lip-gloss or lipstick and eyeliner and you’re good to go!

CAMAYA SANDS RESORTS AND LEISURE IN MARIVELES

It's always nice to have a bestfriend who also loves to travel.  One text and BOOM,we already have a reservation for Day a Tour in CAMAYA SANDS RESORTS AND LEISURE.
It was not my KIND OF BEACH but since I'm with my bestfriend and kumare..i enjoyed my stay there..sometimes it's not all about the place but the people your with that matters most.

Going there was already an adventure.  You can opt via land that will take you from Manila to Mariveles Bataan for about 3 to 4 hours or you can take a the private ferry for 2 hours.

Going there via ferry was a breeze.Fully air conditioned with a huge television that has a good sound system plus they also sell snacks on board so nothing to worry if you got hungry while sailing.

Then the arrival..you need to cross this wooden bridge for about about 15 to 20 minutes before reaching the shore.

I can't complain about the scenery, it was indeed beautiful. I can take tons of pictures and selfies and won't get tired on it.But upon checking the quality of water, nahhhhh i'd rather take some more pictures ... The sand was grayish and fine. They have these awesome Cabanas where you can relax while enjoying the view.

If you didn't like the water, check out the swimming pool.  The design was amazing.

This tour was arranged by one of the Sales Rep of Camaya and she showed us some of the properties on sale.  It was a good investment but for now we're just looking.

Food was okay. Serving was okay. Service was okay. However before we leave, there was a Fire Dance and the show was good, they also have a live band serenading the guest the entire afternoon and they're just the best :)

All in all for 1500 php day tour - it's worth it. I needed a break and I got it. Hope you'll find a better contact since I can not recommend anyone.

HAPPY TRAVEL!!!
