BOU SAVVY GUEST HOUSE

If your looking for a place to stay in Siem Reap but don't want to pay that much, I would highly recommend the Bou Savvy Guest House and take the package they offer that will depend on how many nights you plan to stay there.

I do not have pictures of the Guest House but believe me it's okay..  If your in a budget this is the place to be =)

On our case, we got the TWO PERSON USD 66 deal for 3 nights 2 days. It's very compatible to our flight schedule since we arrived late in the evening.  That would be 33USD each: includes your airport pickup, tuktuk for 2 days (temples), daily breakfast, one time dinner, unlimited mineral water while one tour, twin fan room, free wi fi and internet... all of these for just 33 usd... NOT BAD right?

But wait there's more, we're able to get the best tour guide/tuktuk driver in Siem Reap named Sarrat.  He was so nice and knows a little english.. (thank God).  He make sure that we are comfortable and  safe.  His just so nice.

The guest house was a walking distance to the Pub Street.. yes walking distance, around 10 to 15 minutes walk and just enjoy the busy streets of Siem Reap.

Just check their website and send an email -

EL NIDO ISLAND HOPPING AND SNORKELING

One major activity in El Nido aside from scuba diving (which i do not have a budget for now) is island hopping.  We got the package A and C since as recommended by most travel bloggers.  It was a total of 3 days 2 nights trip and we just can't get enough.

The weather was not that good since it's raining but thanks to my water proof camera I was able to take some pictures.

We booked our island hopping with Lagoon Tours owned by Kuya Harvey (thanks to angel of LAKWATSERO) we did get a very good  rate for the entire 2 day trip . (low season yehey!!!)

Let me show you some pictures of the islands.

KA LUI RESTAURANT IN PUERTO PRINCESA

One of the most famous restaurant in Puerto Princesa would be the Ka Lui.  It was wy back 2007 since i first step on this unique and feel good resto. I was mesmerized by it's architecture and of course their delicious foods yet affordable.

You need to make a reservation most of days but if you got lucky you can just walk in and no need to wait.  I just love their sinigang, fried pakbet and sweet sour lapu lapu.

There's some changes from 2009 to 2012... but i think it improved for the better.  The only thing that did not change was their dessert.  (naughty minds.... activate hahahaha)

Ka Lui is located at 369 Rizal Avenue Puerto Princesa City - 048 4332580
